25-a-day…u up to it?

OK so I created a Facebook group where we are going to commit to 25 push-ups a day for 7 days. Starts Sunday 7/29/12 and runs thru Sunday August 5th. Anyone who wants to do it please FB friend me and then message me you want to be part of the group. 25 push-ups a day, any kind. You do them all at once or break them up during the day…that’s it.

The whole purpose is to get myself and others thinking about their health one push-up at a time. If…I mean when we complete it them maybe we can make it 50 next time.
