There are so many times I feel like I am talking to a wall when it comes to my kids and my hubby for that matter.
I have been trying to teach my daughter about law of attraction for awhile now and always wondered if she was listening and the other day I got my answer.When we get in the car we say a little prayer that we will drive safe. On long drives, when she starts bugging me “are we there yet,” or “how much longer,” we then start reciting our grateful list. This can take awhile and she does get into it.
We were driving from the in-laws the other night and the car was quiet and out of the blue my 5-year old daughter says “Mom…can we stop the car and say thanks to God for the moon…it is beautiful?”
Ya OK, I just kind of sat there for a minute, then of course I pulled over. How cool is that? She apparently listens to me a little.
Other days when we have to go to the post office or find a parking space on a rainy day I will say to her “Let’s positive think that the line will be short or a parking space will be close.” I don’t have to prompt the statement anymore…she says it fits 9/10 times.
I may not be the best Mom for some things but if I can teach my kids to be positive and learn the law of attraction young then that is pure awesomeness. If I only would have been aware of it earlier…my life would be so different. My life will be different, I am just getting the hang of this!
