Being Healthy is not just about physical health but also about mental health.
I have been on a mental health journey for just over a year and have been blogging about it at http://tawnassecret.com/
What I have learned is that more times then not my mental journey affects my physical and I am constantly finding myself wanting to double post. Meaning, I want to constantly rewrite the same post on both blogs because they fit so well together.
I have decided that the best choice is to merge these two blogs together. It just makes so much sense that I am underway now and you will see this addition very soon!
Anyone that wants to stay on a healthy lifestyle journey definitely has to be healthy in the mind as well and I am living proof of that.
This blog will till promote all my tips for a healthy lifestyle but will now add the positive thinking journey and mental journey to the criteria!
