Dehydration problem

I hope you will share!

My Mom is wonderful and sent me to get a full body massage today and foot soak. It was AWESOME!

While the massage therapist was massaging my upper arms and I was cringing in utter pain, she revealed something to me, that I already knew but it is now more apparent being told by someone else.

She said that she was barely touching me which meant I was dehydrated. I know this already as I pee like a race horse so I tend to avoid drinking. I am also taking Enablex to help with my over active bladder, which also make me dehydrated.

Some how I need to figure out a way to carry water with me constantly so I do not get dehydrated. I know that dehydration also slows your metabolism down so why don’t I drink? Probably out of shear habit. I need to break this habit. Any suggestions are welcome.

I have a hard problem drinking water, I know I need to. I'm addicted to Cokes, I'm down to drinking one Polar Pop a day. I keep trying to drink more water, but I keep slacking. Yesssss, I'm going to drink more water.

I have the opposite problem. My sodium is low and my dr. keeps telling me not to drink so much. But, I don't think I do.

I have two water bottles that I rotate. I like to fill them half full then lay them on their sides in the freezer. When I use them I fill them up the rest of the way. This way my water stays cooler and is more refreshing to drink.

Soemtimes I squeeze some fresh lemon into it, and sometimes I pour a little Pink (by greentea HP) into it. I say whatever makes it taste good enough that you'll drink it, the better.
