Helping my non-eater child eat!

I hope you will share!

I was very blessed to have a first child that eats everything I give her. From day one she was a blessing as I could give her any vegetable, drink, etc and she would eat it. There are literally only 2-3 foods she does not care for. Since she has been such a good eater I really don’t force her to eat the few foods she does not like because she is so good why fight with her…she eats more then most kids.

Now my son on the other hand…not so lucky. This boy came out fussy and picky from day one. It has been a hard adjustment for me. I got spoiled with the first child so it has taken me years to figure out how to get this boy to eat since my first child was so easy…look at that face…cute as hell but stubborn to boot! DSC00839

I have come up with a few different stretegies in the last few years and this dice eating has been by far the best one, well so far anyway.

It is pretty easy and I cannot take the credit for it. My kids are the ones that started doing it and thought of it. It works so I will give credit to them and will continue to use it whiile it works.

It is so simple…roll a dice and they eat the amount they roll, that’s it! May sound too easy but honestly it works. I have tried so many different tactics and have few that work abnd tons that have failed. This little dice that costs me less then $1 works wonders. My child is eating for the last month at every meal and all the types of food I give him.

Both kids love it and they actually tend to beat my husband and I, and that never happenbed before this dice game. LOVE IT!DSC00880 DSC00878

If anyone has picky eater kids like my boy, then you may want to it least give this a try. It is fun and it seems to get some food in my sons belly so it’s all good!

Have a great day! Happy healthy eating!
