No inches lost but lost ONE pound…

I hope you will share!

It has been a hard week and a half. I have tried every day to work out and have, but have not worked out as much as I need to. I have at least walked with my kids’ everyday or did some arm and a leg weight for a total of about 20-30 minutes per day but that is it.
Why…well I have been exhausted. My son is not sleeping right now due to the fact that he cannot breathe. We thought it was his allergies but the medicine was not helping. We finally went to the doctor and she thought that he might have an infection as well so now we are doing amoxicillin with the allergy meds and hopefully we will have some relief.

What I have been doing with the 20-30 minutes a day seems great if I want to maintain my weight but it is not enough for me needing to lose. I am heading to bed as soon as I am done with this post and if I can get at least 6 straight hours of sleep I should be able to bust out a 45-60 minute workout easy tomorrow. It is my birthday and I want sleep and a work out!

BTW: I HEART the new Jillian Michael’s series that started tonight, I believe it is called “Losing it with Jillian? “ It made me get off my tired but and I jogged for 25 minutes straight in front of the TV well I watched it.
