Today is day 1 for P90X LEAN program. I wanted to change up the workout but thought I would do the lean option of P90X first. I am going to do Turbo Fire next but really want to try and drop another 10 pounds in the next four weeks (mostly in my stomach) so I figured P90X lean would get me there the fastest!
Swimsuit season is upon us and it has been years since I have wore a swimsuit that was not covered with a tank top and shorts so my goal is to wear one without an entire outfit on top of it in a month. We will see!
I am also doing Chalene’s Turbo Jam routine “Ab Jam” every day. It is 20 minutes long and to be truly honest, I really like it better then P90X Ab Ripper. I don’t know why but I feel it more after I do her ab jam than P90X Ab jam but….I feel it all over more for the regular P90X workouts.

Don't you hate it that women always gain the weight in their stomachs. I have been under weight because of the candida, but do you know.... I still have a stomach. I probably should be doing exercises to tighten the muscles.
You are very inspiring! I have a set of dvds from them. I just need to use them :( Okay, I read your post and decided to go work out but I need to find the dvds now.....
