My Grandma in Calgary gave me a woman’s world magazine article to read about blueberry juice increasing weight loss.
I read the article and it was intriguing as they actually said they have a handful of women lose up to 3 inches in about a month drinking blueberry juice. I can’t remember it off hand but apparently when they put the blueberry juice in a test tube with fat cells it caused the fat cells to not absorb or something like that. I cannot remember it exactly so if anyone can clarify please comment.
I did drink the 2 glasses of grape juice for 2 ½ days but cold not find it back here in Provo Utah. I thought the juice was tasty and I found ocean spray to have a diet blend that is low I calories.
Anyone else try this?

I just hopped over from Blog Frog. You mentioned drinking grape juice, did you do this in place of the blueberry juice? If you did, I don't see that they would be interchangeable.
Opps, typo thanks for catching it. It should read blueberry juice on both.
Well I have been dabbling with drinking this for a week or two at a time since my post and to tell you the truth, it has not spead up my weight loss at all. Every week I measured with it I did not go down any inches. However, I will continue to have a class or two every few days because it won't hurt!
