I hate taking sleeping pills when I need them as they make me feel really drowsy and awful the entire next day. I have heard of Melatonin for sleeping before but had never tried it
This one is a strawberry dissolvable pill and I DON’T do chewable or dissolvable pills because they NEVER taste like they are suppose to!
I have to be honest, when I say, this one did not make me gag. In fact it is not horrible. It is not yummy candy but doable for what it needs to do.
I need only one and I am tired within 20-30 minutes and I only sleep my eight hours and I wake up feeling good.
I found this bottle at Wal-Mart for $8. I am not sure how much it is in other stores but this price on Amazon is not bad and to be honest, it’s worth the extra $1 to not pack the kids up in the car and take them in the stinking store to get it.
This bottle will probably last me itleast 6 months, if not longer, so I didn’t have to worry about it for awhile.
Just thought I would share this little tip. This is my new sleep aid when I need it for sure! Goodbye Tylenol PM you make me too tired the next day!
Peace
This one is much cheaper. The 90 capsules worksout to about 10 cents per pil and this one (300 tablets) is about 6 cents per pill. sweet! This one will be my next purchase and probably last me like 5 yeaars! I don’t need them every night!
This review is 100% mine. I did not get paid by any company to make it. This is my opinion only. I am not a medical doctor. When I find something that either does or does nto work for me I like to share it and that is what this post is…my opinion of what worked for me.

I have the same problem, and discovered Melatonin about 3 months ago. Works great for me and have even used a smaller dosage for my 2 boys when they're super wound up... knocks them out in 20-30 mins too and they wake up normal time and in a good mood.
It's a Godsend but I've also been told to not use it daily or you will build up tolerance to it and it won't be as effective.

We use Melatonin here at our house.
Our almost 11 yr old has Asperger's and has always had sleep problems.
I found the dissolvable kind at WalMart and that's what we use. I
love it! And she will ask for it if I forget, so she must like it, too.
