I LOVE Turbo Fire as I have said before and the other day I was doing a workout and i just had to share again, another reason, why Chalene Johnson is my absolute favorite trainer!
Then I got
If you read this blog on a regular basis you know about my positive journey. I am weeding out negative influences in my life and trying to fill it with positive things. Something Chalene does in her new Turbo Fire is promote a whole lot of self-esteem and positivity and it really helps me keep motivated and keep going. She is so much in my head, she says all the right things. She is so positive. She tells you how important it is to be positive and talk yourself into not feeling tired etc. It is like she has been in my head for the past couple years. It really does help me to here her say “you are not tired” or other phrases about positivity. She also says things like, “working out makes you feel good and have good days, etc.” I don’t remember word for word but it is along those lines.
Those phrases always seem to come up in the perfect place. The times I am starting to slack and talk myself into feeling tired, she says something and it helps me get my head in check and keep on track.
I guess this may seem a bit silly to some, that a workout video can actually help you feel good mentally too, but it really does. I will do Chalene’s videos forever. She is really one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working out too. I would suggest her workouts to everyone, oh and I do. I think I lend out my Turbo Jam DVDs once a month.
I am down 5 pounds in 5 weeks because of Turbo Fire and my daily shake. How could anyone feel bad after that! 15 pounds more to go! Yay me!!
Have a wonderful day and keep positive, it helps!!

Yay Tawna!!
5 Pounds in 5 weeks is GREAT!!! Now once you reach your goal, do you set another goal or are you finished with the weight loss and just want to maintain?
You are so right about positive thinking, and not just for weight loss. We need to think positive with everything we do. No one likes a Debbie Downer.
