I was sick for 3 days, so sick that I was literally going to bed at 6:30pm. I actually had the crud twice in 3 weeks but only managed to take off 3 days of work outs the second time around.
I was able to do the 30 day shred by Jillian Michael for 3 days, had 3 days off, and now have done it for a couple more days. I pretty much am starting my 30 days over as these last few days seemed as hard as the first 3 I did.
The DVD is awesome so far and I sweat like a pig, and I can feel my heart rate go up and my muscles BURN! These are all good things of course. I am hoping that I do not run into any more obstacles to keep me down, I want to attach this 30 day shred work outs with full force and see if all this extra sweat and burn pays off.
