I started level 3 today of Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred. It has taken me awhile to get to level 3 because I do not like to start a new level until I can do everything in the previous level for the entire work out. It hurt me a bit and I left a pile of sweat on the floor but I feel good about it.
After a couple weeks of level 3 hopefully I will not be doing any of the beginner stuff at all. I really do like her work outs, hope I see great results!
