My Newest Workout at Home and DOWN 4 LBS, yay!

I hope you will share!

So my newest at home workout venture is Turbo Fire. I have been doing it 4 weeks now and have finally sat down to post about it.

It has been busy around here with my daughter starting Kindergarten so the blog posts have been less:( Maybe next year when she goes more then 2.5 hours a day, I will feel the satisfaction of having some Mommy time during the son’s nap.

I will break down the workouts in future posts but wanted to report my stats, as they are pretty exciting!I started Shakeology the same day I started Turbo Fire. I am down 4 pounds! I am so excited! I have been at a plateau for a really long time (the last 20 pounds) and I finally busted through the plateau and left it in the dust, with a 4 pound loss!

Now I am also noticing that I have more muscle in my thighs and arms. This is so cool. I was sitting the other day and had my hand on my leg, I couldn’t tell you why now, and something startled me and I flexed my leg. I actually felt definition baby! So then like a nerd I kept flexing it and saying, “whihoo!” My daughter kept looking at me funny so I finally told her to come feel Mommy’s leg. She; did and I flexed and she said “Wow Mom is that a P90X muscle?” I said “well P90X started that muscle and turbo Fire is now helping it too.” She said, and so cute might I add, “Mom I like it when we work out together and will I get big muscles like you?” Aw, of course right?

Anyway, my muscles are not “big” but everything is big to a 5-year-old. The fact that you can actually feel muscle and not just jiggly fat rocks!

Anyway, I wanted to share my loss with you and my gain! I am so excited!! I will post new pics in the next couple weeks. Now only 16 m ore pounds to reach my goal!
