I swear that if all you do is run your stairs 10 times a day with extra weights on the arms and legs (even without) you will notice a big change in your stamina which in turn means a change in your health.
I have noticed a big change in the way I feel from moving. My husband did most of the moving from one house to the other but I am the unpacking girl and my main job is running up and down the stairs unpacking boxes and running the boxes outside to the curb.
I do not want to sit down and do nothing anymore, besides sitting here and writing a 5 minute post. Seriously!
I am finding that I want to be outside with the kids more, playing with the kids, going on walks, and finding new healthy recipes to cook for dinner. One of those, orange flank steak I will post another time.
One of the things I know for sure is that the more and more we do not exert energy the more we don’t feel like exerting energy. I have done this and I am not doing it again.
Once we start to become healthy and get used to an active lifestyle, the TV shows and sitting do not seem as important anymore. It puts a lot of things into perspective.
The hardest part is getting over the tired feeling and not wanting feeling and making yourself do it no matter what time it is. Make any chore during the day and exercise. Add weight to your legs and arms and use them to scrub the fool instead of a mop. Turn the music on and dance while you dust, again I love to add weights here. You get the point?
I hope to eventually have people add comments who have started this to see if they have the same conclusion.
Have a great day!

What a great blog! Welcome to Mama's Little Nestwork! I will add you to Life Blog. I do not have a fitness category yet. You can add your button to the In the Nestwork page. I see you have more blogs. If you have the Nestwork button then you can add those too and let me know what category you would like me to add them to. Have a great day! I added your button to my Bloglove on my blog.

I used to go to the gym on a regular basis before I had my daughter a year ago, and I'm starting to be more committed to exercise again. It does feel good, but sometimes I get tired...like today. So thanks for encouraging me to keep going!
That's awesome! Sarah Bernhardt had a great quote: "Energy creates energy." I didn't understand it until I started exercising regularly. Now I can't be still! :)
Following you back from MBC!!
I used to be a huge exercise buff until foot surgery sidelined me two years ago... I now must push through it and get back on track in a serious way. Following you from Tuesday Blog Hope.
Best,
Elizabeth
