It has the slide board that allows you to pull your body weight with different ways, to use all muscles in the stomach and arms. You can also pull your body with the leg and arm bar and this works the leg and thigh muscles great. It also has a Pilate’s portion that you can be used and this helps a great deal with your range of motion and becoming more limber. I am sweating like I have never sweat with the other work-outs. The soreness did go away a few minutes into the work-out.
So far this is by far my favorite work-out. There are a lot of different things to do on it. You can even add weights tot the weight bar if you want, but I will probably not do that. I will let my husband do that if he ever decides to use it. My body weight will always be way more than enough to pull.
