Positive thoughts for today!

I hope you will share!

Image from MS Clipart
Since I merged my two blogs together I have slacked on my positive thoughts and I can tell! I need to get back on them daily and say them out loud! If you have not tried this with positive affirmations/thoughts, you need too because it helps, trust me!

Here are some thoughts today!
1.  Attitudes are contagious. Are yours worth catching? ~Dennis and Wendy Mannering
I need this one today! My attitude has been taking a dive, that is why I need to start my affirmations again!

2.  Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine. ~Anthony J. D’Angelo, The College Blue Book
With all the rain that has come ans STILL coming, I think we could all benefit from this quote!

3.  I keep my mind focused on peace, harmony, health, love and abundance. Then, I can’t be distracted by doubt, anxiety, or fear. –Edith Armstrong
Again, I need this one because my attitude has been dwindling. I have been taking a break on positive thinking and it is showing. My anxiety levels have increased and if I keep letting it “win” then I will keep this last few pounds on and I do not want that!

4.  If you don’t get everything you want, think of the things you don’t get that you don’t want. ~Oscar Wilde
This just says it doesn’t it?!!

I hope you all have a wonderfully positive day!

  • HI! I love your blog. I have a blog too (I read and review books) it's fairly new.
I am trying to get healthy and lose weight too ( I am a recovering food addict/binge eating disorder)I need to exercise but I get bored or lazy.
I walk my doggy Bella at least 5x a day so I use that for my exercise but I need and want to do a bit more.
Thanks for having a positive blog about eating & dieting. I have found MANY that glamorize eating disorders & that's sad to me because whether one has an overeating or under eating disorder life is not fun or fulfilling when it is based 100% around food & the issues that come with.
    PS:Grabbed ur button too :)

  • Having a positive attitude about eating and dieting is great. Thanks for linking up at us at Thursday Cup of Joe. I am already a follower. :)

  • Stay positive!! Keep up the great work... you're an inspiration. I've got six pregnancies behind me now and three months after the last, need motivation. Thanks for YOUR tips!

I will add your button when I can get my "pages" tab to work again! It's giving me fits on Friday.

  • Stay positive my friend!Hoping your weekend is a sweet one. Thinking of you and sending ♥
