I would name it a PayPal giveaway or a Visa giveaway and then do a little fine print saying the winner can name their gift card. That way it could be Amazon or PayPal or whatever the winner would really enjoy. I love to see people win things!

Paypal is the most convenient since it's international and applicable for so many websites. Amazon giftcard is also good for bookworms or exotic presents!

Giveaways are fun. Maybe just list the ones you can do (leaving target out) and name it "Winners choice."
