Some people might read this and say “big deal it is only a 1/2 inch.” This is what the old me would say too but not me today, today it is WHIHOO a half inch is a half inch!
So I guess I am maintaining my weight so far, better then gaining it. I have been under a lot of stress with the move and surrendering our house yesterday back to the bank, etc. I have been eating a lot healthier, cooking fresh food from scratch, so even though I am stressing, I have still managed to lose a half of an inch.
I truly believe the positive thinking that I have been doing has helped with me to NOT put the stress weight back on. My stress levels are a lot lower then they would be if I was not working on myself. If you want to know what I am talking about then check out my blog http://tawnassecret.blogspot.com
Now, as soon as we get the boxes unpacked, I will be able to get back to my normal routine and see the weight loss happen faster.
Hey girl, that is awesome! Around my waist especially, I'm damn proud to see a half an inch come off, that is for sure. It isn't easy, so congrats hun!
I remember watching myself grow with the twins, and sometimes in one week I'd be up 1/2 an inch, and I could see a noticeable difference from that 1/2 of an inch, in each week's photo, so it definately does show!
Losing inches off of any part of our body, is truly a tough and exhilarating feat. I'm proud of ya!
(Oh yeah, unless it's coming off the breasts. That most of us aren't happy about, lol).
1/2 an inch, by 1/2 an inch…you will get there!
xoxo Shelly

hey in my book 1/2 an inch leads to more 1/2 inches lost which adds to INCHES lost! that is awesome.
Oh and I grabbed this button for this blog!
I would say 1/2 inch is definitely something to be proud of. It means success, just as much as the 1/2 inch gained means slow down on the cheesecakes. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by!
Thanks for the "follow" on Mommy Rantings! Following you back…god luck with weight loss. I won't tell you how much I weight after having six kids, because you would most likely really not like me. 🙂 I think keeping active with the 6 kids is what keeps the weight off, though. Keep up the great work – staying healthy is the best thing a mom can do for her children. It teaches them to stay healthy and prolongs everyone's life- hey, great topic for your blog!
Come back and visit soon!
