I absolutely did not feel like working out today but I pushed myself and did 20 min. on the total gym but my heart was not in it. I think I know why. I went to dance last night after working on the total gym earlier and half way through dance I wanted to sit down and die, I was so tired! I think that the days I have Irish dance I need to NOT do a workout earlier. With running around with the kids all day, doing a work out and then dancing for 60-90 min. it was/is too much. So, I will take breaks on Monday when I have dance. I am so tired.
