I went to the library and got a handful of Jillian Michael’s work out DVD’s and today’s work out was, Burn FAT Boost Metabolism. Holy cow I am on fire! It killed me but I did it. No one has ever kicked my butt like she does. I may swear at her a bit during the work out but totally love her in the end. She is amazing and can really make you sweat.
I love it that she is not some little frilly girl just doing a bunch of dance moves on the video. Yuck, those kind make me want to vomit. She is down to earth and ready for business. She makes you work hard and I love how I feel when the work out is over.
I did do measurements today and after doing her 3 day shred levels 1 and 2 and the boost metabolism one day I have lost ¼ inch in my hips, thigh and arm, but have gained an inch in my bust. Hay, if I am going to gain the bust is the right place! The gain is from all the weight resistance I have been doing so it is good muscle gain so this is not a bad thing. I lost all that in 21 days. Probably would be more inches but remember I got the flu for 5 days during that time so really if you minus the flu days it is in 16 days. I can’t wait to see how fast it goes off now with her work outs.
I will break down my measurements after working out with her for a full 30 days (well really 35 days because I want to make up for the flu days).
