Well today was much better. I actually made it through the full 18 min burn workout and the first 10 min of ab jam before my son woke up. I feel much better about that. I am OK with only the first 10 min of the 20 min ab jam as the second 10 is on the floor and I hate that part anyway I also don’t feel real bad about yesterday anymore because I went to my Irish class last night and got an awesome hard shoe workout for an hour and was dead at the end, so it ended up being a good workout day. Glad that Monday night dance class is back on, yay!
