It is one thing to get grey hair but it is quite another when those grey hairs start sneaking up everywhere. I am a hair plucker. I get them on my face and neck and it seems the older I get, the more I am plucking out.
Now the grey has seeped into my eyebrows. May not seem like a big deal but I have tried to die them and they don’t die as well as the hair on my head do. it only lasts about a week and those nasty straw like greys are sticking out of my eyebrows…yuck! See how thin my eyebrows are on the ends? Well that is from much plucking. It seems that the brown hairs do not grow back to pluck…just greys now. I need to quit plucking but those grey hairs stick out and I look like an 80 year old man.
I have even bought the grey additive to put in the color and again, does not take on the eyebrows. Aren’t we suppose to age gracefully? Is this why i see so many women with painted on eyebrows? Something I have sworn to never do as that also looks hideous in my opinion. Anyone have any eyebrow remedies for the grey’s that shine through and stick straight out…I would love to know!
I also have to pluck the occasional gray hair out of my eyebrows. In the hair on my head I only have it growing at my temples, so when I brush my hair back it looks like I have grey streaks by my ears. I think it’s pretty cool.
