My kids are all messed up and went to bed at 1:30am last night (this morning) and it is 10am and they are still crashed.
We had a lot of fun and visited lot’s of family and friends in Idaho but my body can feel it!
It takes so many days, weeks, month to get healthy and it takes only a handful of days to lose it all! I feel bloated, tired, and sick! Seriously 1st! My 40th birthday was on the 2nd so I brought it in with a head cold but I am alive and well and ready to get back on the saddle.
Today is my unpack day and catch up day. Tomorrow I am back on to 2 workouts a day and my goal is to be back to where I was before I left in 2 weeks and then back to losing baby!!
I hope you have all had a great June so far. We have, we are just exhausted! Now to try and get my kids back onto EST instead of MST.

Sometimes I would rather not go on vacation because it takes me so long to catch up with the laundry and house work.

Glad your back, good luck getting all your things unpacked, washed etc.. as well as getting the kids back on schedule lol!!!
