I don’t typically respond to e-mail scammers but I did reply to one twice today. I thought you might enjoy a copied and pasted e-mail conversation. I have a hard time believing that people really believe these kinds of e-mails but I have heard of it happening.
I most likely won’t reasond to any again but this girl caught me on a day that I just wanted to call her out. Not that it will make a difference, she is a crook, but it made me feel better.

My 2-year-old requires a lot of attention right now and it is hard to keep him busy for long. If the TV is on 24/7 that helps but I just am not going to give into 24/7 and phone and computer games.
We have had a piggy bank for him for awhile, well since he was born, but yesterday we opened a business account and the bank gave us 2 piggy banks for the kids, when we left. They both were very excited when we brought them home.
Today I was needing some time to get things done and my son found a “big penny” on the floor 
(yes I know it’s a quarter, but who am I to argue with a 2-year-old) and he wanted to put it in his piggy bank. Continue reading

Being a SAHM is a lot more work then I ever thought it would be.
Before I had kids I did not realize how much Mom’s did during the day. I do find it a challenge to get my workout in as I am always busy running errands, doing dishes, laundry, and just being at my children’s beck-n-call.
One thing I have learned is that almost everything can be made into a workout and this has helped me lose some of my weight. Continue reading
The best babysitter for my very moody two-year old is not a human being. It is not the TV, nor any of his toys. The best babysitter ever is something I cannot go out and buy for a few bucks at the store.
My son has been going through his terrible two’s lately and he has been a little tougher to deal with. His attention span is at a negative on most days, and he is really starting to show his independence. Continue reading
I have never been one for supplement shakes, protein bars, or any kind of nutritional meal replacement, but since about June of 2011 I have changed my tune a little bit.
I don’t do a lot of meal replacements but I have found that if I do one for lunch it does help me eat less and have more energy during my normal “down time.”
There are two shakes that I go back and forth between and I will compare the pros and cons for each and how and why I take them.

Putting my law of attraction faith to test again! What I mean is that I am not scared to “put it out there” and let the universe take it’s course.
If you have been following my blog for long you will know that this has been a very long learning curve for me, and I still struggle with “letting go” and not stressing out and let faith and positive law rule my world. But I am getting better.
Here is the break down.We have needed a new car for a long time and we have been waiting for the “right” time or the time it makes the most sense. The funny thing is that over the past 3 years, there has never been a so called right time, so was starting to believe that there was never going to be…hello…negative nanny!
What I have learned in this process is that it makes the most sense, and is the right time, when you NEED it to be!
We have been saving since tax returns for a trip to Florida. We wanted to surprise our 6-year old with a trip to Disney World. Not an oh so comfortable trip in our tiny Mazda Protege. 
My 6-year old daughter has the job of feeding the dog. She does not have a lot of jobs around the house yet but she does have to feed the animals twice a day. It is actually a job she enjoys…mostly.
We keep the dog food int he garage and she has to scoop the food into the dogs bowl, in the garage, and then feed the dog in the back.
