Spending it to get it…Money!

The easiest Anniversary so far…

Two weeks before our anniversary I would start to get, moody, emotional, and down right depressed. Every day would get worse and every day I would fall deeper and deeper into a depression.

This year I only fell into this “bad place” for about 2-3 days. This is huge for me. It has been 4 years, so am I getting better…maybe…it seems that way?

Shhhh…don’t tell her!

It is getting so close that I am having a hard time sleeping! Yes I am a kid at heart. What is getting close…DISNEY WORLD! We are surprising my 5 year-old-daughter with a Disney World trip!!! Of course we are taking our 2 1/2 year old son too but he won’t remember it. We are excited to see his reaction as well, but especially excited to see my daughter’s as she WILL remember it!

We are telling her that we are going to the Beach. We have been playing it up for a few weeks now. My husband and I have been messing with her and talking to her about the beach and she wants to go so bad.

Too much Television & it shows!

Pure plyometrics…not for me!

I am a Beachbody Coach and I LOVE their workouts. I have a confession to make though. I started, and got to week 5, of Insanity and had to change my workout back to P90X and Turbo Fire. Insanity is an awesome way to burn fat and calories but the plyometrics just killed me!

I thought I have always had pretty strong ankles but I think my age is getting to me a bit. I swear that I could have done this workout in my teens and even to my early 30’s but in my 40’s… not so much. Continue reading →
