Red Meat not agreeing with me at all!

I hope you will share!

I do not eat a lot of red meat. Every once in a while (maybe 2 times a month) I make Swiss Steak or my Dad’s Steak Strips. Other then that we are a ground turkey and chicken family and some pork once a week. We also eat a ton of fish! We love fish and it is so good for you, low fat, high protein!
When we went out of town we ate more red meat then we are used too. This has been harder on me for the last few days then when we were in Idaho!

My stomach is ate up and I have had a hard time getting back on track (you know what I mean). 

Red meat takes a bit longer then other types of meat to digest and I found myself feeling really bloated and uncomfortable. Since I had more then I am used to my bloating and feeling horrible symptoms lasted a bit longer too.

Today I am still a little ate up but I am feeling less bloated so I must have gotten rid of most of it.

I love red meat, I just can’t have it that often!

    I hardly ever eat red meat either. I had roast beef lunch meat yesterday and thought I was going to die. I was soooo bloated and well.. you really don't want to know the rest lol
