Oh my I am so sore after 2 days of total gym work-outs. It is a good sore though. Even though I hurt it is that “I know it’s a good muscle hurt” kind of sore. I am actually a lot more sore after the total gym work-outs then with any of the other work-outs I have tried so far. I am guessing that maybe I will lose inches faster on this work-out because of this, we will see. Going back downstairs now to do another work-out, hopefully my soreness will subside once I start so I can get it least 30 min
