We had roller bladed this same path for a month or so and on this particular Saturday morning, about 8am, we heard a very disturbing noise. Well let me back track for a minute.
There were I believe six of us roller blading, maybe seven. There were 2-3 guys and 4 girls. We were in a long, single file line. The guys were the first and then there was two girls in front of me and one behind.
As we were going down a specific part of the cemented trail I saw the front two girls have a really weird reaction and kind of turn around. I thought nothing of it, but then I heard a noise. It was a sh, sh, sh noise. It is hard to type the correct noise but it sounded like something was rustling in, or hitting on the leaves. I happened to look to my right and off the path, was a very naked guy, probably in his 20-30’s doing the “unthinkable!” OMG! The noise I heard was him relieving himself on the bushes. His jeans and underwear wee still on but down to his ankles, I could not believe it.
I was the noisey one and yelled “Oh my lord!” Turned around to yell at the other girl behind us, of course she saw it too, and the guy ran off.
We finally caught up with the guys in front of us and told them what happened and they spent the next 30 minutes or so looking for him. Of course he was no where to be found.
We did blade the trail a few more times before the cold weather hit but we were always nervous we would see him again. On the other hand we figured that he would probably not be stupid enough to do it again in the same place.
Anyway, so gross I know. I just had to share though. Lesson learned…there are crazy’s everywhere, even in little Happy Valley Utah
