So I decided that it was about time I tried Shakeology. You have heard all the hype and I wanted to know first hand if it was as good as it says.
First of all you cannot compare this to a protein drink. I did for a long time but until you actually read all the ingredients, don’t compare it to a protein drink because it is a lot more. Link to the ingredients.
Did I LOVE it? Well not all of it. I took a video of myself trying the Green berry and Chocolate for the very first time and no I did not love it all.

So I will continue to get the Chocolate but not the Green berry. I can’t wait to try the new Tropical flavor that is coming out sometime this year! I will video that one too!
