The 5-10 min. workout journey

I hope you will share!

OK so I have been super busy since, well, I am a Mom that gets up at 6 am toe get the kids out the door by 7:30. I also run my own retail business now and am constantly moving. Because of this I knew I was moving way more then I was before and got a FitBit. Yup I go about 15,000-20,000 steps per day. I am also down 17-pounds because of it. However this baby fat stomach is a little more stubborn and just constant steps are not taking all the fat away. So I need to start doing some more core work and tone up some of this flabby fat.

I don’t have a lot of time to add a core workout for 20-30 min. I decided to get onto YouTube and see what I could find and I found quite a few standing 5-10 min. corte workouts. This may not sound like a lot of time but I did my first 10 min. towel core workout today by Tiffany Ro and I felt it! Click on her name to go right to that workout and try it:)

So even though I am only 2-sizes away from my goal weight my stomach is still a whopping 43 inches. Yuck I hate that but it is still much better then the 48 inch stomach I had 2-years ago so I will take the baby step.

So now I will try to post a couple times a week with my new short workouts and keep you updated with my status of the stomach weight loss. It has been proven time-and-time again that short workouts are a great weight loss factor. Along with my steps per day we will put the 5-10 min. core workouts to test. I don’t need a 6-pack (that would be a bonus) but I would love to lose a half dozen inches of the waist so I can wear whatever shirt I want.

Anyone else reading this post have any luck with the short workouts of any kind?

Have a great day!!

I LUV Sharing!
