I took measurements so early because i got sick yesterday night and wanted to see how many inches I lose while sick. These inches lost are not from being sick but from doing plank position every day (almost 200 seconds), walking the kids to the store every day and trying to add another 20 minutes onto that walk. Lastly, I am not eating late at night so going to bed a little hungry if I stay up too late. It is really not that hard to do the things above, it is becoming a habit now so I don’t have to think about it. Oh and of course, eating very little (striving for not at all) processed food/fast food.

Total loss in 6 days = 2 1/4
This is awesome and i am so proud of it! I knew I had lost something as my jeans and other pants were feeling a little loser then they were last week. I had just bought a belt last week and in 6 days I had to go down one more notch because they kept falling down. I also noticed that my bra is a little too big. I use to be bummed when I would lose here first but to be totally honest it is nice to be able to fit in some of my smaller shirts again without popping out so I am good with this. lol
I have also been looking in the mirror everyday and saying out loud how grateful I am that I am on the right journey and that I am looking good. not focusing on what i need to lose but rather being grateful for what I have lost.
