That is no fun. Hormones can be so hard to overcome especially with weight gain and taking hormones can also be scarey so it's one of those situations, "damned if you do or damned if you don't!"

Hey thanks for the follow. I''m following your blog now. I had a tubal when my daughter was born 13 years ago and it kicked me into menopause early and wrecked my hormones. Have been trying to lose weight ever since she was born and have managed to put on more instead. I've tried everything, it seems. Currently we are trying to grow our own wheatgrass.
