I am hooked, I have got to tell you, HOOKED! I am loving this feeling good as it is just magnetizing so many other aspects in my life. I still struggle every now and then but am getting so much better at this. My FAVORITE thing is compliment’s I get from total strangers.
I have been logging my weight loss on my other blog http://tawnasplan.blogspot.com/ and have posted many times how my secret experiment has been working hand in hand with my weight loss. My bod image is changing as I am looking in the mirror and telling myself I like what I see and I am doing such a great job.
I have been getting compliments like you would not believe, daily, from total strangers. Even my family and friends are saying things all the time. Even on the days that I have measured and have not gone down at all since I saw my friends last and they will say things like “you get smaller every time I see you!” Instead of saying, “oh I have not lost any more since I saw you last.” I say…”thanks, I feel great!” It makes such a big difference to just say thanks too. no more being embarrassed or too humble to take a compliment, damn it, I have done good, I feel good so you know what…I deserve those compliments!
I love seeing myself changing into this more positive person. Now to get all the aspects in my life changed to positive and I will be UNSTOPPABLE!
