Next 3-days of 40 workouts

I hope you will share!

I want to share the next 3-days of 40-workouts with you.

First one was the 20-minute workout from Turbo Jam. Turbo Jam Beachbody 5 Rockin' WorkoutsAs always a favorite…LOVE Turbo Jam! Nothing I dislike about this workout. The only issue I have is my shoulder pain and the punching. Kind of irritates it so would have to take some of the punches out, but other then that I had a great target heart rate and felt good after. My abs the next day, sore! That is a good sore by the way!

Next day was Zumba Advanced. I would add the Amazon link but it does not seem to be available anymore. That is no great loss as it is and OK Zumba DVD but not a favorite. it was fun but this is not the major TV one you see but a cheaper one…

Third workout was Turbo Fire, Fire 30. TurboFire: 90-Day Intense Cardio Conditioning & Interval Training Workout DVD ProgramAgain it’s a Turbo workout, just more then the regular Turbo Jam, it’s a lot more intense and a LOVE. Again the shoulder had issues but taking the arms in-and-out did work and keep the heart rate in my target zone. I do have to say that I am a Turbo Junkie for my at home workouts! Love Chalene Johnson! All her turbo workouts from the first Turbo Jam to Turbo Fire makes me feel like I can still dance. I guess that is what it is…Dancer at heart and these workouts have a great beat and let me shake my booty at home and no one else can see!!!

So out of these 3-workouts, The Turbo rocks and the Zumba…not so much. I do really want to try the Zumba Fitness workouts that are the big “craze” right now. I am just not in the market to spend anymore money on workouts. Would love a company to send me the discs to review for them, but if not, then one day!

Have a great day and happy health!

Tawna

This is the Zumba I want to try…anyone tried it?
